Integrity and R&D are the core value in AQUARTEC

We have been working in the water monitoring instrument industry for many years. We felt that the water instruments on the market don't have good quality and after-sales service. Therefore, based on our 15 years of R&D experience, field application experience, we established AQUARTEC.

Main issues

In more than 15 years of experience, we have found that instruments usually have some common problems, such as measurements that are prone to interference; or because the product operation method is complex, users must spend more time learning to operate it. When an employee is replaced or leaves, time must be spent training the new employee. These invisible costs also create additional burdens for customers. In addition, when there is a problem with the product, if the after-sales warranty and service are not good enough, the consequences will be constant complaints from customers.

Advantages and disadvantages of high-priced brand instruments

Major foreign high-priced brand instruments not only focus on measurement accuracy, but also further upgrade the traditional operation interface to an intuitive, colorful, and graphical display to lower the threshold for personnel to learn and use. However, the prices of these brand instruments are relatively high, 2 to 3 times the price of instruments produced in Taiwan, and they usually do not have good after-sales service. When there is a problem with the product, it may even need to be sent back abroad, which takes a long time to repair.

Our solutions

With the goal of providing products of the same level as foreign high-priced brand instruments, we have redeveloped our instruments to solve common problems with instruments currently on the market. In addition, we have also introduced 32-bits ARM chip technology and color display technology to redesign and develop instruments.
